Booking Accommodation at Liberty Lodge
To book accommodation at Liberty Lodge you must contact the Lodge Manager. Please email the Manager at lodge.manager@cwimail.fk
All bookings must be made in writing. You will need to inform the Manager of the dates of your flights, both Southbound and Northbound.
You will receive an email from the Lodge Manager confirming your booking, if space is available at the Lodge. Upon receipt of this email
you may use the address of Liberty Lodge for the duration of your visit to the Falkland Islands.
The allocation of accommodation at Liberty Lodge is on a ‘first come first served’ basis. Please be aware that you would be sharing an
en-suite bedroom if the Lodge is at full capacity and each room can sleep up to three guests.
If the Lodge is fully booked, the Manager will offer to try and seek accommodation with a resident family in Stanley at your request.
You may also contact the Lodge Manager by telephone on 00500 22327 between 1400hrs to 2000hrs GMT. These hours have been set due to the
varying time differences. Please keep to these set times in consideration of the guests who are staying at the Lodge.
A laptop is provided for communal use and Wi-fi is available. Wi-fi and telephone cards can be purchased from the Lodge Manager.
Towels and all bedding are provided.
All guests are asked to take into consideration that Liberty Lodge’s running and maintenance costs are paid for by charitable donations.
The CEO and Trustees of the Falklands Veterans Foundation would be extremely grateful to receive any donations at the end of your stay.
Bookings can only be made on an individual basis.
Indulgence Flights

PLEASE NOTE:
If you fly Indulgence you are not guaranteed a seat. The earliest you will be called forward is 48hrs before your
requested flight date and you still may not be told you have a seat until just before the flight is due to take off.
This is unfortunate but it is a chance you take.
